Asia

We are excited that you are anxious to learn and/or share more about your Asian heritage! The following groups are how different regions of Asia can be organized, but right now you’ll find all the coloring pages together in one group.

East Asia: China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Mongolia, North Korea, South Korea, Taiwan

Southeast Asia: Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam

There are so many fun coloring pictures that will help kids of all ages get excited about his/her family culture and heritage! Here are just a few that I love. I do NOT own any of these images. Please support the creators of these images as they’ve done a lot of work to make them available to all. Below the images, and each images should have a source url. Not all coloring maps are included in this grouping right now, but if you go to the url listed under another map, you should be able to find any map you need! These are really great to help kids get into their genealogy/family history!

All this information is done because of my passion for genealogy and teaching it to children! I don’t receive any money from any of the websites or organizations. The information is being shared because I find it to be helpful and applicable to family history/genealogy. Please let me know if you have questions or concerns. Thanks for sharing!

Crayola.com has done a great job to make some fantastic maps, flags and other coloring pages. These are fun for general education and they are wonderful resources for those looking to help kids get excited about family heritage.

ChurchofJesusChrist.org is a great resource for coloring pages. Genealogy/ Family History is very important to members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. There are many volunteers who are happy to assist you in your success in researching or answering questions as well. You can set up a free account on FamilySearch.org to build a family tree on-line and have access to so many fantastic family history games and activities! qisforquilter.com (She is not the creator of the images, but she had put a lot of work into copying the pages and making them available since Merrill Company Publishers: Children of other Lands, has no contact information) I actually have an original copy of one of these coloring books and they are one of my favorite sources for teaching kids about culture and genealogy!

nugolescargot.com is the source for more of my favorite coloring images! The credit for these beautiful, creative pictures goes to the artist Severine Aubry. Her work is just beautiful! The words are in french, but you images are so detailed and spot on for teaching kids culture and heritage, you won’t even miss the words being in your language. If you want to know what they say, just go to google translate and learn a little french!
